Field Boy

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Field Boy to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist in various field operations, support property inspections, and help maintain strong communication between the office, property owners, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit sites, residential and commercial properties, and project locations to collect and verify property details.

• Assist in surveying plots, apartments, shops, and other real estate properties.

• Capture accurate photographs and videos of properties as required.

• Meet property owners, tenants, and customers on behalf of the company.

• Collect required documents and property-related information for records.

• Help in the process of property verification and documentation.

• Share regular updates with the office team regarding site visits, property conditions, and customer interactions.

• Support the sales and marketing team in lead generation by distributing promotional materials in the field.

• Maintain proper records of visits, interactions, and property data.

• Perform miscellaneous field duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of real estate terms and property documentation is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently with discipline and honesty.

• Comfortable traveling within assigned areas.

• Basic smartphone skills (for capturing images, videos, and using maps).

• High school pass or equivalent; additional training in real estate or field work is a plus.
