Hiring: Business Development Manager (Male)
Location: Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Sector 74, Mohali (Punjab)

Key Responsibilities

Generate & close new business (Digital Marketing & IT Services)
Manage full sales cycle (Lead → Deal → Payment Follow-up)
Recruit & manage field/office sales team
Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Upsell & cross-sell to increase deal value
Maintain CRM & submit performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Websites & ERP/CRM
Leadership & communication skills
Must own two-wheeler & ready for Tricity travel
