Business Development Manager

Job Description:

The FSE for Loan Against Property focuses on acquiring customers who need secured loans against their owned properties. This position demands attention to property verification, valuation, and relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify property owners looking for secured loan funding.

• Collect and verify property documents.

• Explain loan amount eligibility, tenure, and interest rates.

• Liaise with valuation and legal verification teams.

• Ensure smooth file movement till disbursal.

Skills Required:

• Deep understanding of property documentation.

• Good communication and negotiation ability.

• Ability to handle confidential financial data.

• Basic computer skills and field coordination ability.

Qualification:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.

• Preferred: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Real Estate.

Experience:

• Freshers can apply.

• Preferred: 1–4 years in LAP/Mortgage Sales or Property Finance.

Annual CTC Range: ₹1,44,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum
Travel Allowance (TA): ₹2,000 per month
Daily Allowance (DA): ₹250 per day
Reporting To: Founder / Executive Director
Languages Required: Telugu, Hindi, and English
