Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Present project details clearly to potential clients

• Conduct market research and understand customer needs

• Negotiate and close deals successfully

• Maintain regular follow-ups for conversions

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets

• Monitor team performance and provide support/training when required

• Maintain records of sales and team activities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree

• Experience: Freshers & Experienced Welcome

• Strong communication skills (Tamil preferred)

• Sales-driven and customer-focused approach

• Leadership and team handling skills (mandatory for Director & Manager roles)
