Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Narang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our business network by identifying, approaching, and onboarding new vendors, generating fresh B2B leads and driving product sales. This role requires a blend of strong communication, strategic thinking and relationship management skills to strengthen the company’s vendor ecosystem and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach and onboard new vendors aligned with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term collaboration.
Generate new business leads through multiple B2B channels and strategic outreach.
Execute B2B marketing and promotional activities to expand the brand presence.
Promote and sell company products to clients and partners to achieve business goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report business growth and market trends to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Vendor Management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of construction product (preferred).
