Job Summary:
Solar Harbor Organization is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with good presentation skills and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through various channels (field visits, calls, digital outreach, referrals, etc.)
Conduct client meetings and effectively present company products/services
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solar solutions
Maintain and build long-term relationships with prospective clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lead targets
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentation materials
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Required Skills:
Strong lead-generation capability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of sales processes
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Contract & Probation:
Minimum contract value to be achieved: ₹2,00,000
Probation period: 3 months
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in sales/business development (solar industry preferred but not mandatory)
