Field Sales Officer

Job Description – Field Sales Executive (FOS) | EdTech (Regular University)

Location: Patliputra Colony, Patna
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales / field sales (Education/EdTech preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Regular University programs to prospective students through field visits

• Generate leads from colleges, coaching institutes, and local areas

• Conduct face-to-face counseling with students and parents

• Explain course details, admission process, fees, and university benefits

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

• Maintain daily activity reports and follow-ups

• Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for smooth onboarding

• Participate in marketing activities, seminars, and education fairs

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Experience in field sales / admission counseling

• Ability to work on targets and travel locally

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is an added advantage

• Local market knowledge of Patna preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Experience in EdTech / Education sales will be a plus

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused
