We are looking for a skilled Chinese Cook who can prepare a variety of Chinese dishes along with basic Indian items. The candidate should have good experience in restaurant/kitchen operations and be able to maintain quality, taste, and hygiene standards.
Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, momos, chilli items, etc.).
Make basic Indian dishes as required.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Manage ingredients, stock, and cooking equipment.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and flavors.
Ability to cook Indian dishes (basic or intermediate).
Good speed and multitasking ability.
