Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for advisors.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards.
