🎯 Role Overview
We are hiring a result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for a field sales role. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, driving on-ground sales activities, and closing long-term deals.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Visit clients daily to pitch hiring solutions
Generate leads through cold calling and field prospecting
Understand client requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions
Handle objections related to pricing, product, and competition
Onboard new clients and assist them with job postings
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets
Build strong client relationships and market presence
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate (Diploma / HSC candidates with strong experience can also be considered)
Minimum 1 year of hardcore B2B sales experience
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated

2-wheeler is mandatory
Valid Driving License (DL)
Vehicle RC (Own or immediate family member’s RC acceptable)
Willingness to travel extensively for field work
