Fashion Merchandiser

1. Maintaining regular follow up with all sampling like, proto sample, size sets, fit samples and photo shoot samples.

2. Preparing to get design sampled according to the buyer’s request and as per the requisition provided from the concerned department.

3. Checking the different samples and ensuring that the final approved sample is documented, maintained and handed over for production.

4. Ensuring that all the documents and information are ready before the sample is made and maintaining all the records for future use.

5. Coordinate with merchandising, production, and store teams for fabric status updates.

6. Ensure smooth handover of fabric to stores and production.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Good knowledge of fabric types, constructions, and garment manufacturing processes.

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

3. Good follow-up and time management skills.
