We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager / Team Lead to drive sales performance and lead a dynamic team in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives
Drive team targets and ensure consistent performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Handle key clients and close premium deals
Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance reports
Conduct training and motivation sessions for team members
Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
4–8 years of experience in real estate sales
Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Presentable personality with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Target-driven and result-oriented
Salary:
₹40,000 – ₹6,000 per month + Incentives (Negotiable based on experience)
Working Days:
6 Days a Week
