Job Description

Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and seasonal themesCreate and modify sketches, flats, and CAD designsSupport in fabric, trim, and embellishment sourcingPrepare technical packs (tech packs) and specifications for productionCoordinate with sampling and production teamsTrack sample development and approve changes as instructedConduct trend forecasting and competitor analysisOrganize and maintain fabric and trim librariesManage design documentation and version controlAttend fittings and record changesSupport photoshoots, lookbooks, and presentationsEnsure timely completion of assigned tasks---Required Skills & QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related fieldProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD softwareBasic understanding of garment construction & textilesStrong sketching & visualization skillsAttention to detail & organizational abilityAbility to work under deadlinesGood communication & teamwork skills---Preferred SkillsKnowledge of pattern making & drapingExperience in sampling & vendor coordinationFamiliarity with industry trends and production processes---Work EnvironmentStudio & factory coordination exposureMay require travel for sourcing or factory visits
