The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Immigration and Real Estate divisions. The role involves ensuring smooth workflow, regulatory compliance, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
2. Monitor daily activities of immigration processing and real estate sales teams.
3. Ensure timely execution of services and achievement of business targets.
4. Supervise end-to-end visa and immigration documentation processes.
5. Ensure compliance with embassy guidelines and immigration regulations.
6. Coordinate with legal advisors and overseas partners.
7. Minimize application errors and improve approval ratios.
8. Oversee property listings, client site visits, documentation, and deal closures.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable property regulations and company policies.
10. Coordinate with developers, brokers, and channel partners.
11. Monitor sales conversion rates and revenue targets.
12. Lead, mentor, and supervise counselors, documentation officers, and sales executives.
13. Monitor individual and team performance.
14. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
15. Maintain discipline and professional work culture.
16. Maintain updated SOPs for both immigration and real estate processes.
17. Track revenue, invoicing, and payment collections.
18. Reporting & MIS & prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
19. Present performance updates to senior management.
20. Handle escalated client complaints and service concerns.
21. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
22. Maintain ethical and transparent communication standards.
