Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Styling & Advice:

   • Help customers choose the right products for their needs (e.g., running, gym, yoga, casual wear).

   • Understand each customer’s preferences, body type, and activities to recommend the best styles and fits.

   • Offer advice on creating complete outfits from head to toe, including shoes, accessories, and workout gear.

2. Product Knowledge & Trend Awareness:

   • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in sportswear and athleisure.

   • Be knowledgeable about fabric, technology (e.g., moisture-wicking, breathability), and brand offerings.

3. Customer Experience:

   • Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer needs and giving tailored recommendations.

   • Create a welcoming shopping experience by helping with product fitting, colour matching, and styling advice.

4. Personal Shopping:

   • Help customers select items for specific occasions like workouts, outdoor activities, or travel.

   • Assist customers in building a versatile wardrobe that combines functionality with style.

5. Store Presentation & Merchandising:

   • Ensure that the store or display is neatly arranged, with items easy to find.

   • Help highlight the latest collections and top-selling items to boost sales.

6. Sales & Upselling:

   • Recommend additional items or matching accessories to complete the customer's look.

   • Meet personal sales targets by driving product recommendations that align with customer needs.

7. Brand Representation:

   • Represent the brand’s identity and values by wearing and promoting the company’s sportswear and lifestyle products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or as a stylist, especially in sportswear, athleisure, or lifestyle fashion.

• Strong knowledge of sportswear trends, fabric types, and comfort-focused fashion.

• Great communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to help customers feel confident and stylish while wearing active or casual wear.

• Knowledge of how sportswear can perform in various activities (e.g., running, yoga, hiking).

1. Customer Satisfaction:

   • Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering helpful, personalized service that meets their needs.

   • Track and gather feedback to improve service and product knowledge.

2. Sales Performance:

   • Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets by recommending the right sportswear and accessories to customers.

   • Focus on increasing average transaction value by suggesting complementary items (e.g., shoes, bags, water bottles).

3. Product Knowledge & Trend Expertise:

   • Stay informed about the latest trends in sportswear and active lifestyle fashion.

   • Educate customers on the benefits of the products, such as fabric technology, comfort, and durability.

4. Store Presentation:

   • Ensure that displays are neat, attractive, and reflect the current season or promotions.

   • Help in organizing product displays and ensure that the store looks visually appealing.

5. Customer Loyalty & Retention:

   • Build a loyal customer base through excellent service and personalized advice.

   • Encourage repeat business by following up with customers, offering new arrivals, and suggesting products based on past purchases.

6. Team Collaboration:

   • Work with the store team to maintain stock levels, organize promotions, and ensure customers have a seamless shopping experience.

   • Share knowledge with colleagues to improve overall team performance.
