Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed, passionate, and customer-oriented Fashion Consultant to join our retail clothing store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in making stylish clothing choices, providing personalized fashion advice, and supporting store sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and understand their fashion preferences and needs.

• Provide expert styling suggestions based on customer profile, current trends, and inventory.

• Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.

• Offer guidance on fabric, fit, color coordination, and occasion-specific dressing.

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the store's collections, promotions, and fashion trends.

• Work closely with the visual merchandising team to keep displays attractive and trend-aligned.

• Upsell and cross-sell suitable items to boost sales.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat visits.

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism.

• Support store operations such as stock handling, fitting room assistance, and cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a fashion consultant, sales associate, or stylist preferred.

• A strong eye for fashion trends and personal styling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to multitask.

• Team player with a customer-first approach.

• Qualification in Fashion Design or related field is a plus.

• B.Sc in Fashion Design/B.A. in Fashion Design/BBA in Fashion Management or Retail Management
