Job Title: HR Recruiter – Thane (Hybrid)

Overview: Hiring Solutions Thane partners with BPO/KPO/ITES and customer service clients across Mumbai and PAN India. We’re looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment, manage high-volume hires, and deliver quality talent on time.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for BPO/KPO/ITES and customer service roles across Mumbai and PAN India

• Build and maintain talent pipelines; source via portals, social media, referrals, campus drives

• Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, assess fit; coordinate with hiring managers

• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, manage offers and onboarding

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand role requirements and timelines

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO/KPO/ITES or fast-paced staffing

• Proven ability in high-volume recruitment; strong sourcing and screening skills

• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals; MS Office; data-driven with basic reporting

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel if needed
