Job Description

Designation Facility Executive Technical

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Reports To: Operations Manager

Education: ITI and diploma engineers in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Instrumentation or Electronics may apply. If you do not qualify, do not apply.

Experience: Starting 1 year in 3 building circuits, electrical repairs

CTC Budget: 18000 to 25000 per month as take-home

Industry Exposure: Facility Management, Residential Sites, Clubs or Hotels, Work Experience, etc., preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

Daily complaints correction by residents or building occupiers

Shift Management and ensure the technicians or cleaning staff work as scheduled

Ensure all planned maintenance is conducted.

Update all technical reports daily with maintence logs, servicing etc

Coordinate with DG, Transformer and other service Vendors

Completing services as per the Preventive Maintenance & facility Upkeep Calendar.

The candidate must have good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.
