Video Editor

We are urgently looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor to join our digital marketing and advertising team. The candidate will be responsible for editing engaging reels, social media videos, advertisements, promotional videos, corporate content, and other digital video formats for clients across different industries. We are also open to candidates who actively use AI tools to generate visuals, videos, voiceovers, backgrounds, concepts, and other creative content that improves the quality and speed of execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media advertisements, promotional videos, corporate videos, and other short- and long-form content. 2. Convert raw footage into engaging, well-paced, and visually appealing videos. 3. Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, text animations, sound effects, music, and basic visual effects. 4. Create videos according to client briefs, brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform requirements. 5. Work closely with the creative, copywriting, social media, and client-servicing teams. 6. Resize and adapt videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and advertising platforms. 7. Edit performance-marketing videos designed to generate leads, engagement, or conversions. 8. Create basic motion graphics and animated elements using Adobe After Effects or similar software. 9. Use AI-based tools, wherever relevant, to generate or enhance visuals, videos, backgrounds, voiceovers, scripts, and creative concepts. 10. Manage multiple client projects and complete videos within the assigned deadlines. 11. Organise and maintain raw footage, project files, audio files, graphics, and final exports. 12. Make revisions based on internal and client feedback. Software and Technical Skills The candidate should have working knowledge of: ● Adobe Premiere Pro ● Adobe After Effects ● Adobe Photoshop ● Adobe Illustrator ● CapCut or similar short-form video-editing tools Knowledge of the following will be an advantage: ● DaVinci Resolve ● Adobe Audition ● Motion graphics and basic animation ● Colour correction and colour grading ● Sound editing and audio synchronisation ● AI tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Pika, Kling, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms Candidates do not need to know every software listed above, but they must be proficient in professional video-editing software and willing to learn new tools.
