We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our online presence. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all major platforms to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate knows how to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).Plan and schedule content calendars using social media management tools.Write, design, and edit engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.).Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly.Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for campaigns.Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and optimize for ROI.Requirements:Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite preferred).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach.
