As a Digital Marketing Executive at My Mentor, you will play a key role in growing our brand awareness and online presence. Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media posts, website updates, and email campaigns.
SEO & SEM: Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and run paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and increase conversions.
Analytics: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Brand Strategy: Help develop strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement within target markets.
Requirements:

For Freshers:

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and social media.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms is a plus (but not mandatory).
Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and in a team.
