Social media expert

We are a fast-growing children’s brand (PiK A BOO & Meri Keyri) creating purposeful toys, books, and kidswear for Indian parents who value play-based learning, mindful parenting, and beautiful design. From cloth books to Montessori toys, our products are crafted to help little ones (ages 0–6) grow joyfully and screen-free.

Role Overview

We're looking for a story-driven, hands-on Social Media Manager + Content Creator to own and scale our Instagram presence, influencer collaborations, and storytelling strategy. You’ll help bring our products to life with engaging reels, carousel posts, parent-centric hooks, and UGC-style formats.

Key Responsibilities

1. Instagram Content Strategy & Execution

• Build and maintain a 30-day content calendar (reels, carousels, stories, lives)

• Write captions, storytelling scripts, hooks, and CTAs aligned with product goals

• Use trending audios and formats that resonate with Indian moms and dads

2. Reel & Post Creation

• Shoot or direct short-format videos (in-house/UGC style)

• Edit using CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar tools

• Repurpose reviews, product demos, or packaging moments into engaging content

3. Performance Tracking

• Track reel performance (reach, saves, link clicks, conversions)

• Suggest content optimizations based on real data (what hooks work, what don’t)

4. Community Engagement

• Reply to DMs, comments, tags, mentions in our brand voice

• Repost UGC, reviews, and customer love

5. Collab Coordination (Optional but preferred)

• Work with mom influencers and parenting creators to plan barter/gifting campaigns

• Help with influencer briefs and reviewing collab content before posting

Skills & Experience Needed

• Prior experience running Instagram for a D2C, kids, or parenting brand

• Strong grasp of emotional, relatable storytelling for Indian parents

• Good command of light English + Hinglish copywriting

• Know how to shoot/edit with phone and basic tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.)

• Bonus: experience with Meta Ads, Canva Pro, or scriptwriting for UGC ads

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
