Job Title: Project Supervisor / Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee end-to-end project execution and manage on-site labour teams. The role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site operations and labour activities

Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to completion

Allocate tasks to workers and monitor productivity and performance

Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

Monitor material usage and ensure availability at site

Maintain quality control standards and conduct regular inspections

Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment

Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports

Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays proactively

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field (preferred)

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Project Supervisor specially in construction or Interior Designing industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good understanding of construction processes and safety practices

Ability to read drawings and technical documents

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools
