Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Executive with 6 months to 1.5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand store creation, product listing, compelling content development, inventory operations, and performance analysis, utilizing strong analytical skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management & Content Creation
Brand Store Development: Design, create, and manage engaging brand stores/pages on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
A+ / Enhanced Content: Develop and optimize rich, high-quality A+ content, detailed descriptions, and image layouts for each product to drive conversion.
Product Listing: Accurately and efficiently list new products and update existing listings across all specified platforms.
2. Platform Operations & Listings
Food Platform Listing: Manage the listing and ongoing maintenance of products/menu items on food delivery platforms (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy).
3. Operational & Inventory Support
Inventory Management: Perform operational tasks related to inventory, including monitoring stock levels and reconciling discrepancies.
Data Maintenance: Maintain and update comprehensive Excel sheets for inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and operational records.
4. Reporting & Analytical Insight
Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze detailed monthly and weekly sales reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Performance Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to dissect sales data, identify trends, understand customer behavior, pinpoint growth opportunities, and recommend actionable optimizations for listings, pricing, and promotions.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years of practical experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms).
Analysis: Demonstrated experience and good analytical skills in interpreting sales reports and drawing meaningful conclusions.
Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
