JOB DESCRIPTION OF EXECUTIVE HR PAYROLL
An HR Payroll Executive is
responsible for the end-to-end administration of employee compensation, ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict compliance with labor laws and tax regulations. This role bridges the gap between human resources and finance, combining data-heavy processing with employee-facing support.

Core Responsibilities
Payroll Processing: Manage the full payroll cycle, including collecting timesheets, calculating gross and net pay, and processing bonuses, commissions, and allowances.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure all deductions for taxes, social security (e.g., PF, ESI), and insurance comply with federal, state, and local laws.
Record Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or payroll software, including new hire data and changes in job status.
Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, resolving discrepancies in pay and explaining tax or benefit deductions.
Reporting and Auditing: Prepare monthly payroll reports, financial summaries, and tax filings for management and government agencies.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, leave balances (sick, vacation, maternity), and retirement fund contributions.
Exit Management: Calculate final settlements for resigning employees, ensuring all clearances and payments are processed correctly.
