The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience executing integrated digital strategies, with a strong focus on social media, engaging content creation, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and website maintenance. This role is crucial for growing our online presence, driving traffic, and increasing conversions.

Key Responsibilities

🎯 Social Media Marketing & Community Management
 Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) to increase brand visibility and engagement.

 Manage daily posting schedule, monitor social listening, and engage with the online community to foster a positive brand image.

 Run targeted paid social advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for ROI. 📝 Content Creation & Strategy

 Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging, high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media captions, email newsletters, and website copy.

 Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices to maximize organic reach.

 Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely stream of content.

🔍 Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

 Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content and website optimization.

🌐 Website Maintenance & Management

 Ensure the company website (e.g., built on WordPress) is consistently updated, secure, and functioning optimally.

 Handle routine website maintenance tasks, including minor design changes, content updates, plugin management, and troubleshooting.

 Monitor website performance and user experience (UX) metrics, implementing changes to improve site navigation and conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

 3+ years of professional experience in a dedicated digital marketing role.

 Proven track record managing and growing social media channels and running successful campaigns.

 Expertise in content creation across various formats (text, image, basic video).

 In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices (on-page, off-page, technical).

 Demonstrated experience with website content management systems

 Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console).

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
