Delivery Executive

We are looking for a Delivery Executive to join our team who can prepare kit of products based on demand and transport it to multiple locations to refill vending machines. The role requires pick up and drop off of items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing kits of products such as cool drinks, chocolates and snacks and refilling vending machines.

• Reviewing the vending machine app before and after refilling to ensure that refilling is accurate.

• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from vending machine users.

• Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 2+ years of experience. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.
