Chinese Cook

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chinese Chef to join our new food outlet in Hafeezpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese cuisine, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes such as fried rice, noodles, soups, starters, main courses, sauces, and gravies. 

• Assist in menu planning and recipe development to keep offerings fresh and creative. 

• Maintain kitchen organization, proper food storage, and inventory control. 

• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times (FSSAI compliance and kitchen cleanliness). 

• Supervise and train kitchen helper(s) if required. 

• Manage prep work efficiently during peak service hours.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef / Chinese cook in restaurants, fast-food outlets, or kitchens. 

• Good knowledge of cooking techniques including stir-frying, steaming, deep-frying, and sauce preparation. 

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. 

• Teamwork, discipline, and good time management skills. 

• Culinary certification or diploma is a plus (optional).

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
