Delivery Boy

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Boy to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering packages, food orders, or products to customers in a timely manner. You must have good communication skills, follow delivery routes accurately, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver items to customers on time

• Follow assigned routes and safety procedures

• Handle products with care during loading and unloading

• Confirm deliveries by collecting signatures or updating delivery apps

• Maintain communication with the dispatch or store team

• Keep delivery vehicle/bike clean and in good condition

• Resolve customer queries politely and professionally

Requirements:

• Valid driving license (bike or scooter, depending on job)

• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules

• Ability to lift and carry packages when required

• Smartphone knowledge for delivery apps

• Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude
