Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher or candidates with 6+ months of experience
Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Versant Score: 4 or 5
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: 1 rotational off
Shift Timings:
Females: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Males: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Shift Type: Day Shift (No rotational or night shift)
Handle customer calls.
Assist customers with order status, returns, refunds, delivery updates, and product inquiries.
Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain a professional tone and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Log and document all interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, call quality, etc.).
Adhere to process guidelines, company policies, and shift schedules.
