
Key Responsibilities
Booking and Scheduling: Arrange international and domestic flights, hotel accommodation, car rentals, and rail tickets.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all bookings align with company travel policies to optimize costs.
Itinerary Management: Create detailed, cost-effective travel itineraries for business executives.
Support & Logistics: Handle visa requirements, travel insurance, and passport documents.
Customer Support: Provide 24/7 support during disruptions, emergency travel changes, or last-minute modifications.
Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, including hotels and airlines, to negotiate favorable rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–5+ years of experience in corporate travel consulting or a similar role.
GDS Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Global Distribution Systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries efficiently.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to manage complex bookings and financial records.
Tools: Familiarity with travel management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
