Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate effectively with the leads/clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and special requests, and guide them accordingly.

2. Curating, planning, and organizing client travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

3. Collaborate with vendors in different sectors like transportation, accommodation, and travel planners.

4. Apply problem-solving skills to handle any unforeseen issues during travel, ensuring minimal disruption for clients.

5. Focused on the itinerary details by identifying potential leads, promoting travel packages, and closing deals with leads/clients.

6. Organize/handle large-scale events, including conferences and retreats, as per the client's requirements.

7. Advise current and prospective clients about destination options, including pros and cons.

8. Coordinate with vendors and get the best packages/ deals as per the client's requirements.
