Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with prospects.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
