Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Ahmedabad
No. of Positions: 2
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and process efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with good communication skills.
Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive preferred.
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and Gujarati (English is an advantage).
Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
