Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our Outbound Sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers via phone, promoting company products/services, explaining benefits, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a sales-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database/leads.

  • Explain the features, benefits, and offers of company products/services clearly and effectively.

  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally to ensure successful conversions.

  • Maintain and update the customer database regularly.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager.

  • Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.

  • Maintain call quality standards and comply with the company’s sales process and scripts.

  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, and market trends.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage).

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

  • 0–2 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

  • Experience in insurance, telecom, banking, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
