We are looking for confident and energetic Tele Callers with strong communication skills to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. Candidates should be able to handle calls professionally, maintain a positive attitude, and achieve daily calling targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.

  • Explain products/services clearly and effectively.

  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain call logs and update customer records.

  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
