Manage factory HR operations including attendance, leave, shifts, overtime, and payroll inputs.
Handle onboarding, manpower coordination, and contract labour compliance.
Ensure compliance with Factory Act, labour laws, PF, ESI, and statutory records.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and shop-floor discipline.
Oversee factory administration – security, housekeeping, canteen, transport, and vendors.
Maintain HR & Admin MIS reports and support audits and inspections.
