Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, or social platforms.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting.
Customer Engagement:
Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Sales Conversion:
Present product benefits effectively to close sales.
Follow up with leads and handle objections professionally.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor performance and take initiative to improve results.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain records of daily calls, meetings, and sales in CRM/tools.
Provide regular updates to managers on sales activities.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
Share insights to help improve sales strategy and offerings.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and product teams.
Participate in sales meetings, training, and brainstorming sessions.
