Telecalling Executive

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls:

  Making calls to potential customers based on provided lists, explaining products or services, and attempting to generate interest or schedule appointments. 

• Inbound Calls:

  Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints. 

• Lead Management:

  Following up with leads, nurturing them, and converting them into potential sales opportunities. 

• Customer Interaction:

  Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers, building rapport, and providing excellent customer service. 

• Data Management:

  Accurately updating customer information, call details, and interaction records in the CRM system. 

• Sales Targets:

  Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
