Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow the business, and achieving sales targets. The role includes market research, attending industry events, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and negotiating contracts. The individual will work closely with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of business strategies and to optimize company growth.

Salary Range: ₹2,40,00 to ₹4,80,000 per annum (based on targets)
On achieving 50% or more of the target, full salary will be disbursed
Qualifications
Strong skills in identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships
Proficiency in developing and implementing business strategies
Experience in market research and sales proposal preparation
Ability to negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Previous experience in the service industry is a plus.
