Role Overview:
Engage with leads, assist in project information dissemination, conduct site visits, coordinate with architects, banks, legal for support in deal closures assist in negotiation and paperwork for closure. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about Sales and having an urge to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
•	Effective Follow up of allocated leads
•	Handling Sales Presentations and client Site Inspections
•	Maintaining Rapport with Prospective Clients and Handhold them till Sale Closures
•	Coordinate for BTL Marketing activities and support in Lead Generation
•	Handling Channel Marketing by collaborating with Co Realtors & Channel Partners
•	Staying Updated on Market Information
•	Updating of CRM and MIS Maintenance
Qualifications:
•	Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
•	Self-Driven
•	MS office familiarity
•	Knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage
Education: Bachelor’s/ MBA Degree
Pay: As per Market Standards
Incentives up to 20% of basic pay per annum, as per management and linked to targets
