Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
Explain products or services and provide accurate information to generate interest.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely follow-through.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).
Proven experience as a tele caller or similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).
Ability to work in a team and independently.
