Customer Interaction & Support
• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate product information, troubleshooting assistance, and service guidance for Atomberg appliances (fans, mixer grinders, etc.).
• Register and track service requests and complaints in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the technical team and service centers for complaint resolution.
After-Sales Service Coordination
• Liaise with authorized service centers and field technicians to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up on open complaints and ensure closure within defined SLAs.
• Manage warranty claim processes and spare part replacement coordination.
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the senior team promptly.
