Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products

  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product information

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions

  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

  • Follow up on leads through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

  • Maintain proper call scripts and communication quality

  • Support customers with product demos, pricing details, and basic troubleshooting (if needed)
