Sales Telecaller

Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives under our Apprentice Scheme who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our programs, and generating leads. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who wish to build a career in sales, communication, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to new and prospective clients.

• Explain the Apprentice Scheme benefits and registration process.

• Follow up with regular clients to maintain relationships and address their requirements.

• Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth registration and documentation.

• Maintain accurate call logs, client records, and follow-up reports in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with the Business Development and Operations teams for lead closures and updates.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Represent UDYOGVIKAS professionally and uphold service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

• Good listening, persuasion, and customer relationship skills.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.

• Freshers can apply; prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
