Job Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients.

Identify potential customers, dealers, and distributors to expand market reach.

Present and promote company products to potential buyers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and online platforms.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.

Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth order fulfillment.

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new product developments.

Attend trade fairs and exhibitions to represent the company when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales / marketing / wholesale trading (experience in imported or household products preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build lasting customer relationships and handle client queries confidently.

Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally for client visits.

Education:

Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Commerce or Marketing background).
