Job Location/HQ: Vijayawada

Job Title: Sales Executive

Reporting To: Branch Head / Sales Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handles direct customer interactions, product sales

• Explain product details, gold/silver purity, and pricing to customers

• Promote and enroll customers in the Gold Saving Scheme

• Assist customers with customization orders in co-ordination with supervisors.

• Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items to maximize sales value

• Follow up with customers after store visits
