Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder/CEO in managing daily activities, communication, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will help streamline operations, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.

  • Coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams.

  • Handle professional email communication and follow-ups.

  • Conduct research on companies, clients, and business opportunities.

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports when required.

  • Maintain organized records of meetings, tasks, and communications.

  • Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics.

  • Track tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Support basic administrative and operational activities.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required).

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Basic understanding of professional business communication.

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is a plus.

  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Notion, Trello, Slack, or CRM tools.
