Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Prepare quotations and price offers using Excel.
Call customers and dealers for regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Maintain good relations with clients and vendors through professional communication.
Schedule meetings for senior sales staff and the company owner with clients or vendors.
Maintain and update inquiry sheet and handle incoming calls/leads.
Manage sales follow-up sheets and track performance of sales staff.
Record all inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups systematically.
Raise and track tickets in the company’s ticketing software for customer issues or internal tasks.
Support the sales team in daily operations, coordination, and reporting.
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations
Well-organized, punctual, and proactive in follow-ups
Pleasant personality and professional phone manners
Ability to multitask and coordinate between departments
