Sales Co-ordinator

  Process and verify customer orders accurately.

  Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, warehouse) for timely delivery.

  Communicate order status to customers and resolve any discrepancies.

  Maintain accurate sales and order records.

  Assist in inventory tracking and stock availability updates.

  Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and documentation.

  Handle balance confirmation, credit note declarations, and customer follow-ups if required.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
